More awesome pictures

Here you go Sean, some more kickarse pictures. I just find stuff getting hit by other stuff at super-sonic speeds awesome.

Tomato getting hit by a .22 caliber bullet travelling at a supersonic speed.

Soda can getting hit by a .22 caliber bullet travelling at a supersonic speed.

Also the pictures of wingtip vortices are pretty sweet too. My theory of flight lecturer had some even more awesome ones but I couldn't find anything similar on the net. His looked like awesome wormhole things made of smoke, it rocked. Vortices are so cool. Sometimes planes get fully screwed over by flying through the vortices from other planes and getting flipped over and such. So awesome.

And finally here is an exploding MIG.

El Kickarse Viola

*blidy blop* Captain's blog, stardate: 042.57.2436

Heh, I was just at Fudgeys blog, I think that he has been mortally embarrassed as his blog has become a black page with a simple note up the top to inform readers that it's supposed to be like that :). Ahh, it'll be back eventually.

Anyway, it's been a while since I've posted, and there have been several important developments!
Firstly, the plans for my electric viola have been finalised and Guscott should be sitting about someplace making it as we speak! Though he probably isn't. Oh well, he should at least be making it now again now, rather than not at all as it was before. As long as it is finished in the allotted 8-10 weeks with appropriate awesomeness I don't care about how often he works on it. I'd post the plans up but I'm at uni so I can't. They're very cool plans, I think I will be going to Ikea some time to find me a cheap picture frame for them so they can be wall-mounted. I might also get a smaller frame while I'm there, for the ancient piece of German newspaper I found within my piano a while back.
Secondly, yesterday was International Talk Like A Pirate Day! Twas an entertainin day to be sure, much pirate speech and drinkin of pirate rum, though not by me as I was driving. Twas amusin when I told me father, he be suprised to hear it be on that day, but not surprised to be hearin ABOUT the day. In fact he be tellin me that last year he and his shipmates be talkin like pirates all throughout September the 19th at the office. I found it most amusin.
Thirdly, I've decided that I shall try and get into a combined Aerospace Engineering/Science degree for next year, as I want to do some Quantum mechanics and Astrophysics and the like. It'll be slightly complicated for several reasons, but hopefully it'll all turn out alright and they'll let me do it.

Ben out.

AWESOME PICTURE
By Seans special request i have gone out and discovered the most awesome picture any of you will ever see in your lifetimes. Beware, it's awesomeness may reduce your minds to a smouldering ruin if you do not fully prepare yourself now!
I created it myself, I can't quite remember why, perhaps someone can enlighten me.
